I would like to invite you to Annual General Meeting of the Greater Toronto Chess League, which will take place on Saturday, April 26, from 3 to 6 pm @ Edithvale Community Centre – 131 Finch Ave. W., Room 207 “Art Studio B”.

Where Willowdale Chess Club, Earl Bales Community Centre, 4196 Bathurst Street, Toronto, ON

Format Five-round rapid team tournament. Teams of five players (four plus alternate.) Teams must have a team captain and register players in a set board order according to rating. Teams must have a minimum of three players (in which case the fourth board is a forfeit loss each round.) Individuals may register and will be placed on teams with available space.

Where Harbourfront Centre, Toronto When June 15, 2025 Format Seven-double-round Swiss. Time Control 3m + 2s increment from move 1.

Where Annex Chess Club, 918 Bathurst St., Toronto When September 22 – November 17 2025. No play on Oct. 13 or 27. Rounds start at 7:30.

When March 24 – June 2 2025. No play on April 21 Easter Monday) or May 19 (Victoria Day) Rounds start at 7:30.

When: Sunday, April 27th, 2025, 10 am – 4 pm Format: 7-round CFC-rated, FIDE-rated, Swiss Tournament

Who: GTA resident players (men and women of 50+ ages); CFC membership required
